Casey and his wife Kelly are Salem natives who long to see the gospel proclaimed through Christ-exalting churches in their hometown. Having served as the Associate Pastor at Bethany Baptist Church in South Salem since 2014, in 2023 he was sent out to help plant Peace Bible Church.
Casey graduated from McKay High School in Salem, and first studied for the ministry at Western Baptist College (now Corban University). He then served as a youth pastor at churches in Woodland, California and Grand Junction, Colorado before returning home, where he came on staff at Bethany Baptist after completing graduate studies through The Master's University (MABS). He has done additional studies at Western Seminary. He has authored one book, edited another, and contributed a chapter to another. Casey also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Christian Ministry at Corban.
Casey and Kelly married in 2003 and now have four children. It is their joy to do ministry together. Casey considers it a great honor to have been called to serve as the planting pastor of Peace Bible Church.

In addition to Pastor Casey, Peace Bible Church has affirmed three other men as elders: Kent Kersey, Jeromy Puckett, and Craig Smith. The elders provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to the church.
